If you need to make any changes including quantity, device, cancelation, delay shipment, or address adjustments, send an e-mail to hello@arlalaserworks.com. You may also reply to your order confirmation e-mail. 

We begin processing orders within 24 hours, so please contact us as soon as you know a change needs to be made. Once an order is in transit, we cannot retrieve it. 

We carry phone cases for all the latest iPhone and Samsung phones. If you have a newer model, but don't see it listed, it is likely out of stock for the moment.  The best way to get stock updates and new releases is to sign up to your newsletter HERE.

We ship worldwide! You will receive a tracking number for your order so that you can keep an eye on it.  Please allow 2-7 days for USA addresses, and 5-23 days for international addresses.

Please be sure to double check that your address is full and complete! 

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you. You can also opt-in to receive text message alerts. Please note: sometimes it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show online.

If you received a tracking number, but don't see updates, it's ok.  Just allow 24 hours for the system to kick in.  If it has been over 24 hours, and still nothing is happening, contact us for assistance by replying to your order confirmation e-mail, or e-mailing us at hello@arlalaserworks.com
