When will my product ship?

Typically orders ship within 2-3 business days!

 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide with USPS! All orders include a tracking number.

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship orders via USPS: First Class, Priority or First Class International.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, within the USA we offer USPS Priority Mail. You will be given the option at checkout. We’re sorry, but at this time, we cannot expedite orders internationally.

 

Where are these made?

These cases are printed in, and shipped from, Los Angeles, California, USA.

 

Will the case peel?

No.  Each case is printed and sealed with dual UV lights, setting the print in place. Over exposure to heat and water could cause damage to the case and print, however, it will withstand normal daily use with no problem.

 

Are the clear cases hard shell or flexible?

All of our clear and white TPU cases are flexible, making putting the case on and taking it off, easy.  We do ask, however, that you not bend the case more than necessary as doing so could damage the print. Our wood cases are sturdy, snap-on style cases.

 

Will the clear cases discolor over time?

Exposure to prolonged heat could discolor the case overtime, however the print will not fade or change color.

 

I don't see my device on your website.

We carry all Apple smart phone devices and latest Samsung Devices.  If you do not see your device, you can contact us for a special request.

 

The device I want is out of stock. When will it be back?

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we do. Visit our "Custom Shop" to personalize your own case! If you have other special requests, contact us at hello@arlalaserworks.com

 

Do you do wholesale or take custom projects?

Yes, we do. In addition to custom/wholesale phone cases, we specialize in many other mediums of print and laser.  Contact us wholesale@arlalaserworks.com

Return / Exchange policy

Our Return/Exchange policy is valid for 30 days!  If you don’t like your case, or accidentally ordered the wrong size, we will happily exchange it for you or refund you within 30 days in new and unused condition. Please contact customer support at Hello@ArlaLaserWorks.com and include your order number along with any details we need to know to best assist you.
